In February 2022,. JAC HR’s Founder and Managing Director Catherine Gellidon told herself “IT IS TIME!” Having identified a major pain point in the market faced by employers in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, she initiated a robust strategic business plan that led to the formation of JAC HR.
